Certified Associate Project Management

Not only is this project management certification easy and affordable to attain. The role of this position is to plan, initiative, execute and deliver projects for their organization. This is achieved through the effective the use of effective leadership, budget management and keeping the team on time with the deliverables of the project. '

According to the Project Management Institute (PMI), the most popular international authority of the project management profession, prerequisites for the CAPM include:

• Secondary degree (high school diploma, associate’s degree or the global equivalent)

• 23 hours of project management education completed by the time you sit for the exam.

All Athletic Trainers meet the Degree requirements. Additionally, the 23 hours of project management education are easily and affordably attained through sources such as Udemy and Coursera.

Google UX/UI Design

UX/UI Design stands for user experience or user interaction. This certificate provides learners with strategies and knowledge used to focus on user interaction with products such as websites, apps and even physical objects. The goal of this it to help make everyday interactions enjoyable, useful and accessible to all.

There are no prerequisites for this course. This course is specific to Coursera as it is a google professional certificate. Coursera also houses numerous other credentials that can help to grow and expand one's career. They have a monthly subscription called Coursera Plus that allows access to a majority of their courses for a monthly fee.

Six Sigma

Six sigma is a set of tools and techniques that are utilized for continuous or process improvement. Continuous improvement is imperative to long term success of any business. Therefore this certification opens doors to numerous possibilities and organizations.

There are no prerequisites for six sigma certification. However, there are 6 levels of six sigma starting with a white belt and ending with a black belt master or champion. It will require some research to figure out which one is best for you and your goals.

IT Support

Last but not least with the emergence of technology in all aspects of life and business, IT support careers are abundant. As are IT support certificate programs. Coursera has a number of programs from Google, Amazon Web Services and IBM. All of which can prepare a savvy tech individual for a career in IT support with endless possibilties.
